For serious high school and college athletes
This program is designed with the serious high school athlete in mind. Sessions run for an hour and a half three days a week. Each athlete will receive an initial movement assessment to pinpoint specific strength and weaknesses and given a more individualized training program. Each session will cover all aspects of athletic development including:
- Proper warm-up
- Injury Prevention
- Speed Development
- Agility / Coordination
- Jumping Ability
- Strength Development
High School & College group training classes typically run six days a week. We recommend you commit to at least three classes per week.
